What's cooking in the pot? Is a cooking school for enthusiasts with its activity based in Cittadella (PD). The owner and teacher is Antonia Brotto. From a very young age, Antonia had a passion for cooking, and began her studies at the IPCA (Institute for the Promotion of Culinary Culture) in Milan, Italy. Next she attended the “l’Etoile of Sottomarina”, attending courses in France and performing an apprenticeship |
at a noteworthy restaurant in Cittadella, Italy. She received her diploma of specialization in cooking from the Culinary Institute “G.Maffioli” in Castelfranco Veneto (TV). This final experience is what ultimately inspired her idea to create an actual “school” in which to transmit the culinary arts to those who, like her, have the curiosity and passion to discover this marvellous world. in the program in which to satisfy the tastes of all students. The lessons are held in the morning or evening, in a home-style kitchen, in a serene and friendly atmosphere, in order that each student feels “at home”. “Cooking must be, first and foremost, a pleasure” is the motto of the school. In this way, each participant contributes by cutting, dicing, stuffing, decorating, in the freest manner possible. |
